Ok, saving the Costa Rican chocolate for nibbling slowly, slapping more Hershey bars on graham crackers and carefully toasting the marshmallows. Anyone for more rum? Or how about some Cachaca! I'm making Caipirinhas now.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caipirinha But watch out. They're like having your brain smashed out by a lime, wrapped 'round a large gold brick.

So, a Caipirinha is a Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster? Where does the line form?

Chocolate or vanilla?

marshmallows are usually made with gelatin, which is an animal product. Yummy, huh?

(Lo hands over the marshmallows and proceeds to giggle uncontrollably at the thought of fields of prancing, grazing, and, logically, pooping marchmallows)

Hey, I just realized, this should be a DESSERT Island party!!

I could say something really disgusting about babies once they start eating solid food, but I don't want to set everyone off their s'mores!

Glad to hear she's a good eater, not like some kids I know who thing the 4 food groups are yellow things, white things, fried things, and chocolate.

Lo, thanks for finding my goats! need to put them in the pen again and keep them away from the bathing suits and from the meat eaters when everyone needs some real food to counteract the sugar shock from your s'mores :D

and if someone would pass me one of those pinapple's filled with the good stuff i'll be a happy camper next to the fire :D

Oh, just because you and Gary stay up late doesn't mean you get to have ALL the fun!

Lorien mixes 5 pitchers: bloody marys and screwdrivers for those just waking up with a hangover, more caipirinhas, rum punch, and some lime soda for the under 21 crowd, hands a pineapple drink to Heather, hands a caipirinha (garnished with some fresh sugar cane) to Cherie.
Lorien makes eggs for breakfast to soak up all the alcohol, then starts some burgers--and veggie burgers--on a grill.
Lorien sets out warm tortillas, salsa, sausage, and veggie breakfast patties for breakfast burritos.

EDIT: Ok, I'm adding some BEER so maybe Earl and Jeff will show up! And a choc martini for Paul and a regular martini for Gary and...

NOW, lets see how many people we can get here! I've set out warm food! :-)

Day 4 Lorien Party Update and Trip Report:

After three solid days of continuous Heck raising, we have now settled into a comfortable routine.

Sleeping areas have been claimed, with the sleep-in crowd firmly ensconced in closets.

Coffee and road runners were up early, delivering steamy hot Macchiato's and Lattes to sleepy eyed and slipper clad revelers.

Everyone else is up and busy: washing dishes from last nights Fesival' Paella, held under the stars late into the night, doing laundry, running for food and meal planning, or forming small improv groups for some early morning music.

The espresso machine is steaming happily, with the sizzle of bacon, mingling delicately with the fragrance of nutmeg spiced German Pancakes.

Out in the backyard, the little mounds of blankets begin to slowly stir, revealing the occasional head and squinty eye of the most hardy of the party goers, like large pastel colored turtles. The athletes, morning workout complete, respose languidly in the hot tub, talking softly.

The juicers are pulping everything in sight: grapefruit, mango's, oranges, limes, bananas, marionberries, and guava, whipping up frosty smoothies and juices to startle the tired senses.

And finally, last call for Mickey Pancakes, rouses the most determined sleepers from the comfortable warmth of their beds, to join in the recognition of yet another beautiful day....

Thanks Lo!

Niiice! :-)

Boy, I thought I was doing good with the burritos and pitchers--I want you around when I throw a party for real! (although our parties are known for the incredible amount of food and drinks we have. They're not dinners, they're \"FEASTS\"!)

Heather! Take a smoothie in a go-cup and let us know what Sea World is like! :D
